Ebay – Shipping item to Sweden, how much?

How much would a watch been sent to Sweden cost, following all guidelines such as full tracking etc. I went to royal mail and it said aprox 30 pounds but im not sure if that is full tracking as they only track in the UK, and the buyer will not be able to track. When i looked on parcel force, they quote 70 pounds aprox?
whats the best service to use, e.g. airmail, international sign me etc

    Shipping costs on ebay are usually defined by the seller, who can charge either the going rate or more or less, depending on their own personal preferences. For the purchase of a watch, the weight shouldn’t be all that much but the real cost would be whether you want insurance and how quickly you want to recieve the watch itself.
