   RSS stands for Really Simple Syndication and basically it is an up-to-date list of recent pages on a particular web page. These lists can be managed using an online service or a desktop application. RSS feeds are useful for keeping informed about news, airfares, sports scores and the like.

   As for your question, I think you have it a little backwards. If you are trying to get a particular RSS feed to automaticaly populate pages on your blog that can be done with a variety of third party plugins, depending on your blog. For WordPress blogs I recommend wp-autoblog.
