I can’t log into my Hotmail account at all – it says “password incorrect” but it isn’t
Now I have a message saying I’ve tried too often with a wrong password, and to also type in the code on the screen; I did this and that fails too
I reported it all to Hotmail – they sent an email saying they’d investigate, then send me a link to re-activate the account. I’ve never received the promised link, but I HAVE had a request for feedback on their service!!
There are hundreds of people with our email address and loads of emails I know I’ll have received but can’t read – the whole thing is just a nightmare. I’ve cleared cookies and so on, as otjher sites suggest and again it makes no difference – can anyone please help??!!!!
