Open Question: Ebay problem: haven’t received package yet?

I bought some converse on Ebay exactly one week ago and haven’t received my package yet. It says that it has been shipped already but I’m not sure how long its going to take to arrive. Is there anyway to could track the progress of my shipment (for some reason the section that says “tracking number” is blank) The person that I bought the shoes from lives in Hong Kong, by the way.
