I recently posted a question regarding my pal being seventeen, and he is signed with a google adsense account. He wasn’t prompted to provide his date of birth through the sign up. However, he does have his own bank account under HIS name, without his parents co-signing on the accounts. Now, he turns 18 in a few months, so, the question is – What should he do? Should he hold his payments until his birthday? or can he change all of the payment/tax information to his parents name, and not be penalized? Or should he just close his account and lose all of his earnings then re-open another one when he is 18?
