Open Question: Help! My facebook block list is not working?

I go Account -> Privacy Settings -> Edit your list under “Block list,” but the link always stagnates – it will sit there and “load” forever and never go anywhere. This is not a problem with my internet, as every other site is working fine, including every other page on facebook. Any help?
