Open Question: Internet is slow or i just uninstall something on my computer? plls help?

Pls help me guys. i cant open random sites and i dont know why. last night, i open google and its working properly suddenly questscan.com opens automatically everytime i open any sites. so i ask my friend what to do and he said to uninstall it from your computer and i did. i open google again and its working fine, i open youtube and it wont open. i cant also open facebook, twitter, animefreak.com and dubsonline.com but i can open ultimate-guitar.com and yahoo.
pls tell me how to fix it.
my OS is win7 and im using a broadband for my internet.
