Open Question: Tor Network capable of hosting an anonymous website accessible w/o connecting to tor network?

I am rather new to the tor network, and I find it quite interesting (Minus the child porn and huge abundance of other horrible things) . That being said can I set up a .onion site that others can get to without a tor client while preserving my anonymity?

This stemmed from the thought of someone making a website with muhammad humor. Considering the outrage of the original ‘draw muhammad day’ I couldn’t think of a better application of freedom of speech without the fear of being killed.

Anyways just curious.. I seriously lack the knowledge to safely attempt this so don’t worry sheepies your prophake is safe from me.
