Would a chatroom report me to my ISP for threats I made to a user back in 2007? PLEASE ANSWER?

DO You think what I said is strong enough to be considered a threat by ISP standards?

I recall I had gotten into a heated argument with a user, she insulted me, and I called her a *****.

She said she would report me to the staff for insulting her.

I then replied, “You’re DEAD! You’re DEAD! You will die if you report me to the adminstration, do it and you’re dead!”

It’s been 2010, but the staff forgave me. Anyway to make things short I got permnantly banned in 2008 for trouble I made. I learned my lesson, I was stupid, and young (18 at the time)

Now that i’m gone from the chat, I have a feeling the chat won’t give a **** if they were report me to my ISP, and my internet service were to be terminated of disconnected
